We are excited to announce that JTNN is expanding to include program evaluation services to human service agencies in northern Nevada.  JTNN now offers high quality evaluation services customized to meet the needs of nonprofit agencies and can provide the full range of evaluation services, grant management, MIS development, and database analysis.

The evaluation staff consists of:

Dr. Kevin Crowe retired from the Nevada Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services (MHDS) in October 2009, after 32+ years of service.  His career included leadership positions in the Nevada Department(s) of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Mental Health.  Along the way Kevin, worked part time as a consulting school psychologist and evaluation consultant for local and county governments, and taught at the local community college. Kevin brings a formal background in school psychology, rehabilitation services, and marriage and family therapy.  He is a licensed school psychologist in Nevada and Connecticut.  Born and raised in Connecticut, Kevin completed his undergraduate study at Glassboro State College (NJ) in 1976 and went on to receive his master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Nevada in 1983.

John Kearney has 30 years of information technology (IT) experience including project management and programming. He is fluent in C# and .Net programming languages for the development of web-based and client/server data applications. He is also well-versed in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Ajax. John has a broad range of expertise in a variety of database platforms including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Access. John has completed projects for companies including Apple Computer, Scientific Instruments, United Way, and the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR).

Andrew Zeiser has 20 years of IT experience including hardware configuration, system administration, network administration, troubleshooting, and software training. Andrew has 12 years of experience providing specialized consulting and project management for human services including grants management and administration, compliance review, program evaluation, and implementation reporting; developing requests for proposals (RFPs), proposal evaluation, and grant award processes; and process improvement, workflow management, logistics, and communications. Andrew has provided services for agencies including the Nevada Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services (MHDS, the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), and the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC).
